Structural
Hollow sections including Mullions and Stiles give added strength and security. 1200 Pascal rating. The Double Hung Window system has a frame size of 61.5mm in widh with a flyscreen chanell. With out this channel the frame size is 48mm in width.
Weather
The Double-Hung Window will achieve a maximum water penetration resistance pressure of 200 Pascals with a hollow sill section.
Aesthetics & Benefits
There are 2 sash types available for this system, the Standard and Federation wide stile.
The Standard incorporates: Hollow rails for added strength, stiles are flush to the jambs offering clear sight lines, built in extruded handles in both top and bottom sash’s and removable security and insect screens from inside the building.
The Federation wide stile incorporates: Removable security and insect screens from inside the building, Wide sash stiles replicate that of timber double hung windows, dual colour combinations are available (i.e. sash different to the frame) as well as decorative horns.
